rCare extends CANIT hardware protection to three years total. It adds two years to the included one-year warranty; it does not add three more years.
For other RIOTORO hardware, check the product documentation and your purchase record for the applicable warranty period.
What is excluded?
- Accidental damage, including spills and drops.
- Consumables and routine maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, electrical power problems, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty terms
- Coverage starts on the purchase date shown on your sales documentation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Covered service may use new or refurbished parts or a comparable replacement. Repairs do not restart the coverage period.
- Contact support before returning equipment. Mail-in service requires an RMA, suitable packaging, and prepaid inbound shipping.
- Service availability depends on your product and the country where it was originally sold.
- Your purchase record and applicable written warranty or rCare plan identify the coverage purchased.

A few things to know.
Is accidental damage included with rCare?
No. rCare covers eligible hardware failures. Damage from spills, drops, and other accidents is excluded.
Does rCare cover JSON Jars or lids?
No. rCare applies to the CANIT machine. Jars, lids, and other consumables are excluded.
Where do I find my coverage details?
Keep your purchase confirmation and written plan terms. These identify your covered machine and the coverage period.
Can I extend or renew coverage later?
